The Capitol Hill townhome community, Watkins Alley, sought to cultivate an intentional community that fosters the value of being a good neighbor. To achieve this, we employed playful branding and approachable language to elevate the development beyond a conventional residential project.
Our goal was to inspire prospective homebuyers to view Watkins Alley as more than just a residence; we positioned it as a sanctuary that embodies comfort, social connection, and overall wellness. By emphasizing the community’s unique attributes, we encouraged a sense of belonging and engagement, inviting tenants to embrace the rich, interconnected lifestyle that Watkins Alley offers.
